Panacea Life Sciences is searching for a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead dispensary focused sales of our hemp and cannabis products. The successful candidate will understand how to build sales in this sector and how to effectively support new sales and existing accounts. Experience you will need to excel:

  • Developing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets to meet company goals.
  • Generating effective marketing and educational material specific for dispensaries.
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Working with strategic partners to allow cooperative growth as measured by increased accounts and account performance.
  • Identification and successful launch of additional market sectors.
  • Representation of company at various trade shows
  • Hiring and mentoring sales staff

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in business, communications, marketing, or relevant area of study is preferred.
  • At least 4 years sales B2B sales experience in a start up environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Track record of superior performance metrics
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the cannabis/hemp product sales.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older with no felony convictions.

This position will require up to 30% travel and be based in corporate headquarters in Denver.

Salary will be commensurate with experience
