Panacea Life Sciences is expanding sales opportunities into both Mexico and Europe for PANA Pure™ raw materials broad spectrum CBD oils and isolates, and PANA Health™ THC Free finished goods. The European market consists of over 65 million people, and CBD sales are expected to increase by 400% in 2020 and estimated to reach $9Billion by 2025. According to New Frontier Data‘s EU CBD Consumer Report: 2019 Overview, 46% of Europeans view CBD favorably, and up to 77% of surveyed respondents also believe CBD should be accessible in some way.
Global CBD Phenomenon
In the U.K. alone, research published by Alphagreen.io, the U.K.’s largest marketplace for certified CBD products, suggests that more than 8 million Britons are now buying CBD products, with spending exceeding £150m in the first four months of 2020 alone. That puts the market on target to achieve revenues of £450m over the year as a whole, which would represent 50% growth compared to 2019.
Panacea is currently setting up sales and distribution centers in both Mexico and the E.U., which will be finalized in Q3 2020. The Company is also in the review process of securing its Novel Food License for the U.K. & E.U. with the goal of securing its approval and certification by the end of Q4 2020.
