MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
EXEMPT FULL-TIME

Compensation Range: $40,000 – $70,000 DOE

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for executing, maintaining, and improving the cGMP equipment Preventative Maintenance (PM) Program at the Panacea Life Sciences facility. This is a key position that ensures the reliability of new equipment as well as maintaining the current operation of the existing equipment. Essential Functions.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for all maintenance functions, including but not limited to:

· Perform basic preventative maintenance work on complex manufacturing equipment such as processing pumps, valves, distillation systems, distribution systems and other manufacturing and utility system equipment.

· Assist in troubleshooting, installations, and repairs of complex instrumentation on production, laboratory, and facility systems, ensuring all systems and devices are calibrated in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and PLS internal SOP's.

· Maintain a safe work environment; work in a safe manner following all safety SOP's and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.

· Maintain assigned area of ownership within the facility to support inspection readiness and general facility upkeep for support of manufacturing.

· Complete maintenance work orders within the allotted time.

· Maintain all assigned maintenance records, work orders, and investigations in an orderly and accurate manner in compliance with cGMP's by the utilization of the site systems.

· Assist Equipment Owners determine the appropriate maintenance information for their processes through the evaluation of equipment specifications.

· Assist in qualification activities related to Instrumentation and Process improvement projects.

· Escort and or assist with Vendors who may perform maintenance on site, and Interface with maintenance contractors, ensuring work is compliant with PLS SOP's and cGMP's within the facility.

· Assist in the review and development of Maintenance Department Procedures.

· Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies including FDA, OSHA, CFR, etc.

· Troubleshooting, adjusting and repair of PLC-based, automatic production equipment.

· All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

· High School diploma or GED (Required). Some college or maintenance/mechanical certification (Preferred).

· Minimum three (3) years of maintenance experience of which at least one (1) year must be in a cGMP facility.

MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN II - III
JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Functions. Manufacturing Technician III is responsible for all functions, including but not limited to:

· Correct operation and routing maintenance, as required by SOP, of balances, pipettes, graduated syringes, Chromatography systems (HPLC and GC), Karl-Fischer Titration, Loss on Drying Balances, and other instrumentation as required.

· Running routine calibration checks on all instrumentation.

· Preparing analytical standards.

· Providing complete analytical results to our Quality Control department as well as internal customers.

· Executing validation plans developed by Senior Chemists.

· Work with Extraction, Production, NPD and Quality Department to provide timely results based on established prioritization.

· Participate, as required, in ISO, FDA, HACCP, safety, and other teams as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

· Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related science (Required).

· Three (3) years of relevant experience in Analytical Laboratory testing in food, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical industries (Preferred).

· Familiarity with analytical methods used in manufacture of CBD (and related) products a plus.

· Scientific lab, manufacturing, and/or cannabis industry experience (Preferred)

· GMP-run business experience (Preferred).

· Demonstrated safe working practices including habitual usage of PPE is required.

· Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels within the organization.

· Proven track record of providing accurate, reproducible results in a timely manner in a demanding environment.

SALES MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our business vision is to become the leading cannabinoid producer in the markets we serve by utilizing current good manufacturing practices (GMP), quality assurance with cannabinoid products free from pesticides and heavy metals and providing better patient and doctor access to cannabinoid education and sourcing better equipment or devices.

The Sales Manager position is responsible for leading the sales team with all sales related activities in numerous vertical channels that currently exist and targeted vertical channels in the future.

In addition, this role includes developing new business, new channels and expanding our independent sales ambassador program.

Essential Functions:

The Sales Manager is responsible for the following sales functions, including but not limited to:

· Lead and manage all vertical sales channels and those relationship within the channels

· Leads and manages the sales team’s performance daily through effective performance management, coaching, disciplinary action, and separation, when necessary.

· Recruits and trains an effective sales staff.

· Develops and implements sales initiatives that motivate and energize sales team members to achieve and succeed.

· Monitors and analyzes sales results, including contract status, cancellations, etc., to develop an ongoing action plan for success.

· Communicates sales results on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to management.

· Ability to effectively work and develop sales leads and referrals from recognized sources and approved methods.

· Ability to establish and develop both internal and external relationships, present sales proposals and build client accounts.

The Sales Representative position will be responsible for sales in our retail locations at DIA and malls in the Denver metro area. Flexible work hours.

Essential Functions: The Sales Representative is responsible for the sales functions at these locations, including but not limited to:
• Entrepreneurial mindset to maximize business growth.
• Understands Panacea Life Science’s business and is an expert on products, business segments and selling process.
• Increase revenue from these retail locations.
• Learn and become expert in the point-of-sale systems used.
• Works with Marketing resources to enhance selling process.
• Attends periodic meetings and training classes as required.
• Prepares complete and accurate paperwork based on corporate policy and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).
• Drug testing (other than THC) and security background check will be required.
• One (1) years of relevant sales experience (Preferred) with a demonstrated record of sales and goal achievement.
